Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Prepare job descriptions, job offers and letter templates.
- Manage benefits administration, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive health and wellness programs.
- Make recommendations for employee relations matters and coaching and counseling.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experiences.
- Conduct research data collection to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting for HR-related expenses and initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR practices with business objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related field, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies, benefits administration, change management, OSHA regulations, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
