Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Marketing Specialist. In this role, the chosen candidate will develop and manage marketing campaigns, conduct competitive research, participate in product management and development, work with Loop’s creative agency and internal departments, and conduct data analysis.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct competitive research in Loop’s current, potential, and build-in-progress markets to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Work closely with the management team to develop promotions and product offers to attract new customers, as well as to drive revenue growth for the existing customer base.
• Work with our creative team to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, press releases, and advertising copies.
• Manage marketing and promotional channels including social media platforms, the company website, billboards, etc. to be used to relay product messages to customers.
• Measure the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting, and executing marketing events.
• Identify areas of opportunity for Loop to sponsor and support the communities we serve.
• Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
• Develop targeted and personalized advertising to customer segments and cohorts.

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Experience or understanding of the telecommunications industry.
• Previous experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing sales funnels.
• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of web design, creative design tools, etc. helpful but not required.

Salary $50,000- $70,000 based on experience
