Salary Range: $130,000.00-$140,000.00

Vintner’s Distributors is the corporate arm for Loop Neighborhood Market and is based in Union City, Calif., with stores and stations across California. The company was founded in 1978 and develops real estate and owns and operates gas stations with convenience stores and car washes. Loop Neighborhood Market also has a wholesale division that delivers fuel to dealer locations in the market.
Position Summary
Support the Finance-Accounting Team by analyzing the company’s financial results, monitoring KPI’s, distributing reports to senior team members and projecting future results.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze operating results as part of the financial close process for multiple entities.
· Prepare financial analysis for key revenues and expense areas along KPI’s.
· Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation
· Prepare and distribute financial reports.
· Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision-making
· Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins
· Evaluate current finance data and prepare financial projections and annual financial plans.
· Monitor internal and external factors, KPI and other data impacting the company’s financial performance noting business and economic trends.
· Train and support team members on recurring processes.
· Evaluate and implement financial software solutions.
· Prepare selects elements for Annual Operating Plan.
· Continuously identify, develop and implement solutions for process improvement.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent is required.
· A strong command of US GAAP accounting principles.
· Some exposure with retail industry and 7 years of accounting work experiences in Multi unit setting.
· Attention to detail, meticulous, organized and has integrity.
· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and can work as a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong knowledge and practical work experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, are preferred) and financial planning software solutions.
