Our client is looking for a self-motivated Operations Analyst to join their team in Richmond, VA!
Position Highlights:

Job Description:
Gathers and analyzes customer calls and various computer data to determine location and cause of power outages.
Efficiently dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations.
Schedules and manages other non-emergency customer requested work in a timely and cost effective manner to ensure superior customer service.
Provides accurate and timely information to customers, and first line resolution to customer complaints.
Accurately reports outages to customers' accounts.
Accurately manages Estimated Restoration Times to customers.
Maintains scheduling, reporting and follow up of the Local Office.
Provides timely and accurate data for continual Service Reliability improvements.
Manages backlog of maintenance projects along with actively managing backlog of streetlight repairs.
Runs and manages financial reporting and budgetary functions for maintenance projects.
Outage restoration crew and workload management
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Overtime is required for this position. Weather situations dictate overtime as well as having to fill vacant shifts to ensure staffing levels are adequate.

3) Must possess strong problem solving skills
- 2-3 years of demonstrated related experience Associate degree OR; HS diploma / GED 2 years of related experience. Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of distribution and transmission systems
- Ability to learn job-specific computer applications
- Ability to handle constantly changing and emerging priorities
- Ability to address multiple tasks simultaneously
- Skills: Interpersonal, verbal and written communications, customer service, analytical thinking, good computer skills and proficiency working in various software applications such as Microsoft Office and other Windows based applications.

Required Certifications- Journeyman Electricians License
