Key Responsibilities

- Meeting Area Management: Maintain employee meeting areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the leadership team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Calendar Management: Update and maintain the company calendar, ensuring all key dates and events are accurately recorded and communicated.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Specialist, Receptionist, or Office Manager preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities, and proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
