About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to take charge of our front desk operations. You will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Meeting Area Management: Maintain employee meeting areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the leadership team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Calendar Management: Update and maintain the company calendar, ensuring all key dates and events are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Shared Space Maintenance: Ensure that shared spaces and work areas are well-maintained, clean, and properly stocked with essential supplies.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Specialist, Receptionist, or Office Manager preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities, and proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
