Summary:
Our client is searching for a motivated Receptionist to support daily operations with an emphasis on efficient office management and administrative functions. This person will coordinate and manage the front desk, manage employee meeting areas, and provide administrative support to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Handle incoming phone calls, screening, and routing them to the correct individual or department.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and assist with invoice reconciliation and processing.
- Assist with the organization and execution of company events, including celebrations, lunches, and other corporate events.
- Organize and file employee onboarding documentation and prepare new hire packets.
- Oversee and update the company calendar, ensuring all key dates and events are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Ensure that shared spaces and work areas are well-maintained, clean, and properly stocked with essential supplies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Specialist, Receptionist, or Office Manager preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
