Responsibilities:
- Assist with every step of the recruiting process—from writing job posts to welcoming new hires.
- Partner with managers to develop job descriptions and identify hiring needs.
- Research and recommend creative sourcing strategies for different roles and industries.
- Post jobs on various platforms and help promote opportunities through social media and digital channels.
- Screen resumes and help identify top talent.
- Schedule interviews and prepare materials to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Join interviews and contribute to the evaluation process.
- Support offer negotiations, including salary benchmarks and start dates.
- Stay up to date with recruiting best practices and legal guidelines.
- Represent Loop at college career fairs and networking events.
- Pitch in on exciting projects and other recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, people-first attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Curious and eager to learn—especially about recruiting trends and HR tech.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or other digital tools.
