About the Job
Loopback Analytics is seeking an experienced Salesforce administrator to drive the day-to-day solution design, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform and related revenue processes. This role requires a proactive individual that can independently drive efforts to optimize and expand our Salesforce environment and ensure it meets the needs of our fast-growing business. This role will also be the primary liaison with the business to collect requirements and prioritize the backlog of Salesforce features/enhancements and related reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Salesforce administrator in a midsize or growth stage company.
Job Duties to Include
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain Loopback's Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Configuration: Create & modify reports, dashboards, layouts, and custom fields to meet business requirements
- Reporting: Generate and QA monthly & quarterly reports from Salesforce for management and board reporting
- Automation: Build and maintain simple automations using tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits, merging duplicate records, and managing data imports and exports
- User Support: Provide training & support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and user guides
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience
- Backlog Management: Manage the backlog of features and enhancements by working with business users to gather requirements, prioritize features, and maintain a running backlog
- Vendor management: Partner with external consultants to identify, scope, and support implementation of more complex Salesforce development tasks; serve as project management liaison to external consultants
- Commission Planning: Support sales rep commission planning; manage plans as deals are booked
- Contract Management: Own contract management workflows (e.g., digital signatures, document management)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, business, or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications a plus
- Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including creating reports, dashboards, page layouts, and automations and flows
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and database manipulation
- Comfortable working with data, analytical, keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist team members and contribute to team goals
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical, clinical pharmacy, or broader healthcare industry a plus
