Senior Product Manager, AI/ML Initiatives

About the Job

Loopback Analytics is seeking an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the product strategy, development, and deployment of our growing suite of AI/ML-enabled products and services. This role will be critical in leading efforts to expand Loopback’s use of AI/ML to drive efficiency in how we operate and create new and differentiated offerings to our clients. As a pivot member of Loopback’s product team, this individual will be responsible for harmonizing existing efforts in a cohesive enterprise-level strategy, while also selecting and activating new use cases that have been funded for investment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of taking AI/ML-enabled products from concept to market, ideally within the Healthcare industry.

Job Duties to Include

• Develop and own products and services that leverage the latest artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies and techniques
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to shape product strategy and conceptualize solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Loopback’s long-term business objectives
• Develop business cases for product investment; track and monitor product KPIs and value creation
• Prioritize AI/ML-related initiatives – both as enablers to existing initiatives and greenfield product opportunities
• Develop and manage portfolio and product-level roadmaps; define product-level requirements
• Partner with Loopback’s data and engineering teams build greenfield products and execute product roadmaps
• Partner with business unit product teams to embed AI/ML-related capabilities or features with existing products
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies/tactics for any customer-facing products
• Be a thought leader across the organization on AI/ML; champion education and upskilling initiatives
• Keep a close pulse on AI/ML technology advancements, industry trends, best practices, and vendor ecosystem

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, business or similar; advanced degree (Masters, PhD) highly preferred
• 5 years of product experience, with demonstrated ability to manage new products from concept to deployment
• 3 years of experience developing and managing AI/ML products; experience with LLMs a plus
• Experience in and/or significant exposure to the healthcare technology industry is highly preferred, ideally in either Life Sciences or clinical pharmacy-facing solutions

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile product management methodologies
• Highly knowledgeable on artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques and best practices
• Ability to understand business strategy and customer needs, and formulate product strategy to meet those needs
• Comfortable working with data, analytical, keen attention to detail

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extensive experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders
• Experience directly managing people or indirectly leading cross-functional teams a plus

• Ability and willingness to travel to in-person client engagements
