We’re seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our SMB & Mid-Market segment. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to bring your passion for marketing to life by creating remarkable campaigns and optimize our always-on programs. Your efforts will drive new revenue opportunities and leave a lasting impression on the Loopio brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the implementation of SMB & Mid-Market marketing programs that generate pipeline and grow revenue

  • Work cross-functionally with Brand and Comms, Product Marketing and Sales to coordinate and manage project tasks and deadlines for go-to-market campaigns including, but not limited to, email marketing, webinars, digital marketing and in-field events

  • Work with agency contacts to monitor weekly performance of paid digital programs (always-on and campaigns) and suggest optimizations to improve key metrics.

  • Partner with marketing operations to develop email nurtures for our always-on program as well as campaign specific initiatives

  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Business Development to execute on key tasks related to lead follow-up from major campaigns.

  • Prepare compelling copy and create assets for emails, landing pages, digital ads, and more.

  • Adopt a data-driven approach to consistently monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Identify as a versatile T-shaped marketer who is skilled in a variety of areas.

  • General understanding of paid digital marketing principles and have some experience working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and programmatic advertising.

  • Familiarity with or readiness to learn key marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Drift and paid digital platforms)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects that include various stakeholders with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details

  • Understand the core concepts of A/B testing, either with landing pages and/or paid advertising copy and design

  • Experience working in a metrics-driven culture where marketing is accountable for delivering pipeline and revenue performance.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Highly organized project management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Where You’ll Work

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.

  • Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), London, and India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

  • The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).

  • We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!

  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work during the workday
