What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Wellness Content Creator + Growth Strategist position at Loopwell?
Loopwell, a first-of-its-kind social well-being club, is looking for a social media superstar—a content creator who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, platform optimizer, and producer—to help build our brand from the ground up.
We’re not looking for someone to just manage a content calendar—we’re looking for someone who can own it: concept, shoot, edit, post, and optimize content that connects. You’ll be the creative engine behind our digital voice, and a key player in growing our presence, impact, and community across platforms. You will be a responsible, reliable team player for both Loopwell and Loop Studios, our production company.
This role is on-site in the exciting little hip city of Montclair, NJ. You’ll be inspired everyday from our warm, beautiful studio space with tons of natural lighting, and you’ll enjoy access to real-time events, creators, classes, and collaborators. Think fast-moving, hands-on, purpose-driven energy with plenty of room to grow.
Candidates MUST be local to NJ with access to their own transportation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Concept, design, shoot, and edit original social media content (photo, video, motion) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Develop and manage editorial calendars and schedules across channels
- Own daily content creation and platform management with a focus on building meaningful connections, encouraging action, and growing engagement
- Set up, manage, and optimize pages and content on each platform for maximum visibility
- Stay current with trends, features, and best practices across all relevant social platforms—and test new ideas regularly
- Analyze performance metrics, track engagement and derive actionable insights to drive follower growth and post optimization
- Animate or edit content using tools like Adobe Premiere or similar software
- Manage multiple projects at once and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
- Collaborate with team members to connect with thought leaders, influencers, and our target audiences
- Participate in and capture content from in-person classes, workshops, and events, including those that happen after typical business hours or on weekends
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience of social media content creation and campaign management
- Proven content design and creative development skills, with the ability to concept, write, shoot, and edit for multiple formats
- A strong portfolio of original, high-performing social media content.
- Proficiency in social tools such as Loomly, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling/deployment platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills; you’re reliable, responsible, and highly detail-orientedremier experience a plus).
- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, hit deadlines, and collaborate effectively
- Fluency in English
- NJ-based with own transportation, able to work on-site and attend live events as needed

- Open to part-time at $50 per hour or full-time at $50,000 starting salary
