Role Overview
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Compensation
The estimated hourly wage for this role is USD $32.50, within the range of USD $30.00 - USD $35.00 per hour.
