Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough explorations of various neighborhoods, focusing on areas identified according to our specific retail needs.
- Identify and document potential retail spaces, including upcoming vacancies, current tenants looking to exit, and other opportunities for new store locations.
- Engage with local communities and businesses to gather insights and information relevant to potential retail opportunities.
- Collect detailed information on promising retail spaces, such as location specifics, dimensions, current condition, and contact details for landlords or tenants.
- Regularly report back to the office team with findings, providing a concise overview of potential retail locations and key information to aid in decision-making.
- Facilitate initial contact and help arrange meetings between our team and property owners or current tenants to discuss possible leasing arrangements.
Requirements:
- Deep familiarity with a variety of neighborhoods and a keen sense for identifying areas that match our retail expansion goals.
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, able to communicate effectively with diverse community members.
