- Stocking and maintaining plates and dishes of all stations
- Running trash to the back of the building
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Ability to perform basic prep work when there's down time
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Maintain a sense of urgency
