Qualifications
Required Qualification : Must be currently enrolled LCCC students and willing to perform under instruction with or without supervision, must be able to work independently and as a team, listen and take instruction well, and participate in discussion, must be energetic, reliable, punctual, professional, communicative, passionate about natural systems, must be able to lift up to 40lbs, and be able to work at ground level.
Preferred Qualifications : experience in construction, research design, and problem solving, marketing, scientific observation and performed gardening maintenance tasks.
