Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team at Loam Maintenance of Way. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Marketing activities through mid-level management of the internal and external proposal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage proposals and proposal approval process, including executive reviews, for North American services and global business segment by utilizing proposal management and approval software.
- Lead the detailed analysis of solicitation documents, i.e. RFP, RFQ, SOW, and support the proposal plan, including the proposal schedule/outline, internal RFI process, compliance matrix, version control/information sharing, and review cycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, economics, and/or marketing
- 3 years in analytics, proposal writing and/or marketing
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Adobe
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability manages projects with a sense of urgency
