You will lead a team of exempt and hourly union labor members, collaborate with the Production Planning Team, and conduct daily and weekly meetings to set expectations and communicate tasks.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; BS degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience: 1 year related experience required.
Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain Railroad Certifications.

- Highly engaged with the Production Planning Team to conduct routing, flow-path, and capacity analysis for optimization.
- Leads a team that includes exempt and hourly union labor promoting synergy and cross-functional collaboration.
- Conducts daily and weekly meetings with team members to set expectations and communicate expectations of daily activities.
- Ensure Value Stream cross training to ensure a flexible production flow and ensure problems are addressed on time.
