As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and exercising functional authority for planning and organizing Internal Value Streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve process quality and reduce waste.
- Lead a team that includes exempt and hourly union labor, promoting synergy and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years' related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Railroad Certifications.
Working Conditions:
- Office deskwork, requiring sitting, walking, using phone and computer.
- May lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- 20% or more travel including international.
