- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageSome Responsibilities of RN Supervisor :
- Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON
- Reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet resident care needs.
