A well-established, national, and mission-oriented firm seeks to hire for its Irvine office (fully in office preferred) an experienced litigation associate for a role focused exclusively on plaintiff-side sexual abuse litigation. The firm seeks at least four years of litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, drafting motion papers, and preparing for trial. Actual trial experience is a plus. The salary is likely $180,000-200,000, plus benefits. The bonus by the end of the second year and beyond is typically $100,000 or more (with significant and at times tremendous upside). The hours are typically about forty or so per week. Government attorneys are encouraged to apply.
