A mid-sized law firm based in lower Fairfield County is looking to hire a litigation associate with 4-6 years of experience. The firm focuses on a wide array of litigation matters including commercial disputes based in breach of contract, business torts and fraud; partnership disputes and internal business disputes; complex fiduciary, trust, and estate disputes; construction disputes and mechanic’s liens; commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes; real estate disputes and contested issues involving real property and title claims; and employment disputes, including enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants in employment and severance agreements. The firm will offer a competitive salary in the mid 100s; a discretionary merit-based bonus; excellent mentoring from experience practitioners; and one day per week remote work option. Admission to CT is mandatory.
