Substitute Preschool Teacher

*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and intellectual development. This role involves implementing engaging curriculum activities that promote learning through play, while also ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the educational needs of preschool-aged children. - Educate children in various subjects including basic math concepts, language skills, and social interactions. - Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. - Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. - Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. - Observe and assess children's development and learning progress. *Experience* - Previous experience in childcare or working with young children is required. - Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management techniques is preferred. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. - Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and constructively. - Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support is a plus.
