Job Title: Summer Stretch Staff 2025
Position Summary: To provide supervision and implementation of the Summer Stretch program over the summer months.
Department: Children, Youth, and Family
Reports to: Children, Youth, and Family Executive Director and Middle School Ministry Director
Supervises: High school volunteer staff and middle school participants
Status: Part-time
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Hours Worked Per Week: 8-20 hours per week. Includes:
- Summer Stretch Staff Training and Open House (June 9, 8am-8pm)
- Summer Stretch Wednesdays (June 11, 18, 25, July 9, 16, & 23)
- Summer Stretch Thursdays (June 12, 19, 26, July 10, 17, & 24)
Essential Functions:
- Help coordinate and lead programming for Summer Stretch
- Be responsible for approximately two small groups at service sites
- Lead up front when assigned
- Lead high school volunteers
- Work occasionally in outdoor weather conditions
Principal Functions:
- Lead and actively participate in Bible studies, games, devotions, and other activities
- Build relationships with volunteers and participants
- Participate with students in all activities
- Connect activities to a life of faith

Education/Qualifications:
- High school graduate
Experience/Knowledge:
- Previous experience working with children and families
