About the Role :
As a Psychiatry Department Assistant, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including PMHNPs and psychologists, to support outpatient mental health services. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while advancing your skills in a professional and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with patient intake, including vital signs and basic health assessments.
- Support the care team in managing patient schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate communication between providers and patients, ensuring a seamless care experience.
