Job Summary:
Lorenz Engineering, a division of The Salem Group, is seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation (E/I) Planner to join our team. As an E/I Planner, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all electrical and instrumentation equipment and systems at Plant Barry.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to prioritize and plan E/I maintenance activities.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend proactive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with the reliability team to implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to E/I technicians and other plant personnel.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for equipment failures and downtime incidents.
