The Role requires a highly analytical professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic reporting. This role is essential for gathering and interpreting financial data, creating detailed forecasts, evaluating company performance, and supporting investment decisions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial software, Excel, and data modeling, with strong knowledge of corporate finance and economic trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial, as the role involves collaboration with leadership to influence strategic direction. A background in evaluating financial risks, conducting benchmarking, and staying updated on market conditions is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Financial Data: Collect, consolidate, and interpret financial data including budgets, forecasts, and income statements to identify trends and provide insights.
• Forecasting & Projections: Develop detailed forecasts and financial projections to support planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Investment & Portfolio Recommendations: Assess market conditions, risk factors, and financial returns to guide investment strategies and portfolio construction.
• Company Valuation: Evaluate financial statements to determine intrinsic company value for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Monitor Economic Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry-specific developments and broader economic indicators to inform analysis and decisions.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare high-level financial reports summarizing risks, status, and performance to support decision-making at executive levels.
• Financial Modeling & Benchmarking: Create models, conduct benchmarking, and evaluate internal processes to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities.
• Strategic Consultation: Work closely with management to deliver insights that impact long-term business strategies.
• Continuous Learning: Proactively stay current on financial tools, trends, and best practices in the field.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Financial or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, valuation, and statistical analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, databases, MS Office Suite, and financial software tools.
• Experience with statistical packages and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
