The successful candidate will oversee the 2nd shift Turning, Machining, and a secondary Processing area, managing production operations and leading a skilled workforce. This position provides the flexibility to introduce innovative ideas and contribute to the company’s overall success as part of an experienced management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee production operations for 2nd shift Turning, Machining, and Processing departments.
• Collaborate with a motivated and capable workforce to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Resolve production challenges and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and senior management to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Address and resolve union-related matters when necessary.
