• Feasibility Assessment : Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project viability, risks, and return on investment.
• Design and Development : Oversee the design phase, working with engineers and designers to develop detailed plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Resource Management : Effectively allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
• Budget Control : Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and make necessary adjustments to stay within financial constraints.
