Our client is a leading manufacturer of vibrating equipment for the processing of bulk materials. From vibratory feeders to complete process systems, we deliver innovative solutions to help customers tackle even the most challenging material handling needs.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a variety of customer orders from receipt to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, drafting change orders, coordinating with suppliers, and traveling to on-site installations. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital equipment projects and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from purchase order to customer sign-off.
• Manage and maintain project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and process change orders, including cost and timeline adjustments.
• Request and secure updated pricing for outside bids to support customer orders and the quoting process.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Act as the on-site representative during system installations and start-ups.
• Participate in project issue resolution meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to lessons learned.
• Provide regular updates to internal departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Track project performance, budgets, and financial constraints to meet both short- and long-term goals.
• Assist in the development of best practices, policies, and procedures for project management.
• Promote adherence to ISO standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing capital equipment projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of CAD (Autodesk products) is preferred.
• Familiarity with vibratory equipment and industries like foundry, mining, or recycling is a plus.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and objectivity in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $80,000–$125,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
• Bonus: Annual profit-sharing incentive.
