Job Summary:

We seek a Cost Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience in cost monitoring and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure project costs align with financial guidelines, identify cost variances, and provide accurate reporting to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

✔ 5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Power BI).

✔ Strong collaboration skills with project managers and financial analysts.

✔ Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving work environments.

Responsibilities:

✅ Track & Analyze: Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and financial performance.

✅ Identify Variances: Investigate cost discrepancies and determine root causes.

✅ Budget Planning: Develop and drive budget preparation and cost projections.

✅ Financial Alignment: Ensure project costs adhere to financial goals and constraints.

✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Adjust budgets based on project scope changes.

✅ Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

✅ Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with finance and compliance teams.
