We are looking two IHT Clinicians Masters Level Social Workeror Counslor (Full or Part Time available) who can provide quality, effective care for youth and their families as we expand to the Worcester area!

Position Overview :
The IHT Clinician leads the IHT team in creating the treatment plan, providing family therapy, conducting safety planning, and coordination of other services. The TT&S Worker works closely with the family in implementing strategies as indicated in the treatment plan. This can include teaching the youth to understand and manage feelings, learning to interact effectively with family members, helping the family to understand how best to support the youth, and making referrals and linkages to services and supports.
