Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with the IHT Clinicians,families, and all other members assigned in creating the treatment plan, safety plan, and other strategies
- Meets twice weekly (or as otherwise indicated) with the family to implement skills-development strategies in a home-based or community setting (outreach)
- Provides support to the family in carrying out the safety plan and accessing crisis support as needed
- Makes referrals and linkages to other services/supports/community resources
- Any other responsibilities provided by management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in the human services field
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience working with youth with mental health needs
- Must have knowledge of diagnoses, community resources, parent education, and child/family-serving systems
- Must have reliable transportation to transport to and within our catchment area
- Ability to respond to written and verbal communication in a clear, timely, respectful, and effective manner
- Must value and demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgrounds, be able to explore family culture, and lead discussions about cultural differences and how they may impact the work
- Utilize agency technology in order to complete documents
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Approved CORI check
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual capabilities
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, community resources, and child/family-serving systems
Work Location: Hybrid (In person/ Remote)

Compensation details: 19-24 Hourly Wage
