Our current Controller is relocating and we are seeking an experienced Automotive Controller or highly skilled Office Manager. The ideal candidate is an experienced New car dealership Controller or Office Manager with extensive experience in most areas of the accounting office of new car dealerships. CDK experience required. General Motors experience a plus.

Job Summary:
The Controller or Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, including financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including Costing/Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, General Motors incentives claims and Titles.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
-Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
-Maintain and reconcile bank accounts daily
-Maintain and reconcile floorplan accounts
-Work with Accounting staff to ensure completion of tasks
-Hire, train and supervise all accounting positions
-Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and to safeguard the dealership's assets
-Reconcile all accounts and schedules
Qualifications:
- 2 years of automotive accounting experience as Controller or Office Manager.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Experience with CDK

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
