We are seeking a Food Production Line Coordinator to join our team! The Food Production Line Coordinator will oversee and facilitate the efficient movement of products on our manufacturing line. Working in a refrigerated environment (40°F), this role ensures production runs smoothly, meets quality and efficiency standards, and keeps line workers motivated. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry, and is goal-oriented with strong leadership skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage workflow on the production line to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.
- Communicate with line workers, supervisors, and other departments to maintain a steady production pace.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues that may impact productivity or product quality.
- Motivate and support line workers to meet production goals.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and food safety standards.
- Assist with training new employees on production processes and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of production flow and report any issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food production environment.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (40°F) for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
