Overview

Responsibilities

Conduct structured interviews with employees to gather feedback on workplace experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.

Assist in analyzing interview data and identifying trends or themes related to employee satisfaction.

Collaborate with our team to develop action plans based on interview findings, aimed at enhancing employee engagement and addressing any identified issues.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Social Work or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
