Now, with a strong foundation in place, we are focused on scaling aggressively—expanding our reach and growing from $10M to $50M in revenue .
We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing & eCommerce to lead this next phase of growth. This individual will take full ownership of our customer acquisition, digital strategy, website design and performance, and creative execution , ensuring that we maximize revenue potential while maintaining brand integrity.

Role Overview : Lead Digital Growth & Brand Execution
As VP of Marketing & eCommerce , you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital growth strategy that optimizes customer acquisition, maximizes online revenue, and strengthens brand positioning. This role requires a data-driven leader with expertise in performance marketing, website optimization, creative production, and high-ticket eCommerce sales . You will manage a multi-million-dollar marketing department budget , oversee both in-house teams and external agencies, and ensure that our digital presence aligns with business objectives. This is not just necessarily a 40-hour per week job; there is significant opportunity to pursue, and significant development of our marketing capability required. You will have full autonomy for your department and your performance will be judged based on how well you steward it and drive profitable revenue growth
