What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Specialist position at Lori K Bath?

This is a full-time position that does require some evenings and Saturday availability to be successful.
Duties:
- Travel across Northwest Indiana to completed job sites to perform quality control checks and ensure that all work meets company standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Lori K Bath customers, checking in after their project is completed to ensure their satisfaction.
- Schedule in-home visits with customers to gather testimonials and promote our brand’s dedication to quality.
- Deliver thank-you gifts to customers as a gesture of appreciation for their business.
- Take before, during, and after photos of completed projects for documentation and marketing purposes.
- Understand the company’s vision, mission, and values to accurately represent our brand and its commitment to quality service.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate any concerns to the company’s marketing, production or customer service department.
- Provide exceptional customer service during each visit to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to drive across Northwest Indiana to visit job sites and interact with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to represent the company’s brand in a polished and professional manner.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend visits as needed.
