This is a terrific opportunity to work with a local, well-established electrical general contractor for Fort Myers. We are hiring for an experienced Construction General Office. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in a construction office environment; electrical or HVAC is a plus.
This casual work environment requires construction office administrative experience -Microsoft Proficient, Excel, and Word. Answer phones knowledgeably and professionally. Respond to emails, data entry, filing, and generating work orders for technicians. Customer service skills are needed to schedule technician appointments with the customers.
Experience working in a construction environment is a plus. Organizational skills -Ability to multitask -Work in a fast-paced environment -Punctuality is a must. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
