Duties

- Lead, mentor, and support staff in their professional development while fostering a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with families to create individualized plans for children's learning and development.
- Manage enrollment processes, including student assessments and family communications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay informed about current trends in early childhood education and integrate best practices into the center's curriculum.
Experience
- Proven experience in education administration or a related field is essential.
