Duties

- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure mutual satisfaction between the client and the company.

Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Life and/or Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Proven sales experience in retail or outside sales environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, as they can enhance client interactions.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly, demonstrating a consultative approach to sales.
