Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Nursing Assistant at Lorien Bel Air, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and medication administration
- Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Reporting any changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing
To be considered for this role, you must have a Maryland CNA/GNA license or be willing to obtain one. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
