Overview
Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Porter and Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Floor Technician, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.
Needs:
Floor Tech FT 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & PT 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Porter PT 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM & PRN EOW 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Provide daily floor care services
- Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
- Gather and take out garbage
- Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
- Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
- Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
- Trash collection
Qualifications
- Full Time, Part Time & PRN Hours
- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
