Overview
Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Housekeeper / Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Floor Technician, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.

PT 7a-3pm housekeeper
PT 4p-8pm Floor Tech

Responsibilities
- Provide daily floor care services
- Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
- Gather and take out garbage
- Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
- Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
- Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
- Trash collection
Qualifications
- Part Time Hours
- Schedule: 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM -8:00 PM
- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
