Title: Senior HRIS Analyst
Required skills:
- UKG Pro People Analytics (Cognos) - expert in authoring reports, building joins and complex expressions, and maintaining schedules. Must have experience reporting on payroll and benefits data.
- UKG Pro Core Benefits Module - experienced in creating new benefit/deduction plans, configuring open enrollment sessions, and life events.
- UKG Pro Web Import Tool - must be able to build and maintain complex import templates and troubleshoot errors.
- Experience maintaining outbound integrations
- Familiar with UKG Pro business rule setup and maintenance
- UKG Pro Security - experienced with user & role administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working independently with minimal direction. A strong candidate should take initiative to learn the business, uncover problems, and implement solutions.
Preferred skills:
- PowerBI
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and XML.
