Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Process payroll and handle budgeting tasks
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance
- Plan and coordinate office events and activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with medical office management procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in file management and record keeping
- Knowledge of training development techniques is desirable
- Familiarity with payroll processing and budgeting procedures
- Previous experience in supervising administrative staff is preferred
- Event planning experience is a plus
