WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers courteously and professionally, building positive relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
- Write estimates and order parts for services as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle service and repair records.
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Obtain timely and proper repair authorizations
- Build relationships with customers by communicating the status of their vehicle.
- Document, verbally communicate and sell the recommendations provided by the Service Manager or Store Manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective vehicle repair
