Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to facilitate timely movement of equipment, materials and trucks within the plant sites to job sites; monitor the status of plants and equipment; monitor daily activity of trucks in relation to the schedule; coordinate with Sales Team to create and implement a daily delivery schedule.
General Requirements:
The general diversity of tasks requires the ability to take directions and carry out work independently, as such having the capacity to be a self-starter and a quick learner is important. The position requires high proficiency with personal computer applications including Word and Excel. JWS APEX program knowledge preferred but not required. Organizational skills are required to ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is required. Knowledge of the materials, construction and trucking industries preferred. Direct interaction with drivers and customers, professionalism is a must.
