What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scale House Operator position at Lorusso Corporation?
Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to facilitate timely movement of material from plant sites to job sites. Shipper works with Loader Operator to ensure trucks are loaded with correct materials, accurately weighed, and routed to correct job per Dispatcher.
General Requirements:
The general diversity of tasks requires the ability to take directions and carry out work independently, as such having the capacity to be a self-starter and a quick learner is important. The position requires proficiency with personal computer applications including Word and Excel. JWS APEX program knowledge preferred but not required. Organizational skills are required to ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is required. Knowledge of the materials, construction and trucking industries preferred. Direct interaction with drivers and customers, professionalism is a must.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
