- The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based systems. The role involves ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and innovation. A strong proficiency in Terraform is essential for this role.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using industry best practices.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cloud usage and integration.
- Ensure cloud security, compliance, and governance.
- Monitor cloud environments and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- 5 years of relevant experience in cloud computing and infrastructure management.
- At least 3 years of experience with Azure cloud platforms in a technical or operational role.
- Proven experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400) are a plus.
- Cloud Computing Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud services, including infrastructure, software, and platform as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
- Cloud Management Tools: Proficiency in using cloud management and optimization tools.
- Terraform: Extensive experience in developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Security: Experience with secure coding practices and cloud security tools.
Soft Skills:
- Experience in a DevOps environment.
