Job Description:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12 Minimum Experience
- A Minimum of 5 years' experience with Teradata (Vantage) or any RDBMS system/ ETL Tools and AWS platforms
- 8 years of experience with FHIR, JSON files structures and API testing.
- 8 years of experience in Healthcare is a must including experience with payer solutions in the healthcare industry (deep knowledge and understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards)
Duties:
- Experience implementing Compliance requirements in Healthcare Strong understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards
- Has the ability to engage business and data stakeholders to resolve questions or issues
- Must have the ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paces environment
- Under general direction, works on extremely complex issues/problems or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance.
- Analyzes, designs and prepares application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them.
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user defined needs.
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
- Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system integrity.
- Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.
- Responsible for quality assurance review.
- Collaborate with the business, compliance, and cross functional IT stakeholders to define a roadmap that clearly defines the priorities and business value
- Perform data related investigations, track lineage and quality issues, reviews data layout and structures
- Facilitate source business owner review sessions and plan/execute E2E, integration, and data quality validations
- Provide support in Production issue/defect resolution
Skills:
- 8 years of the following experience: data analysis, business
- 8 technical requirements gathering, product owner, backlog management,
- 8 process documentation, user facing, and excellent written and verbal
- 8 communication skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Teradata (Vantage) or any RDBMS system/ ETL Tools
- Experience with FHIR, JSON files structures.
- Proficiency in SQL, relational and non-relational databases, query optimization and data modelling.
- Strong knowledge of Data Integration (e.g. Streaming, Batch, Error and Replay) and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with AWS capabilities; Glue, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Redshift, elastic search.
- Experience with API testing.
- Experience with payer solutions in the healthcare industry Experience in Healthcare is a must.
